RETURNS

We hope that you love your CEYA Design handmade item(s) as much as we do. However, if for any reason you wish to return any or all items within your order, you have 14 days after the order has been delivered to do so. We will gladly issue a refund if the return conditions (noted below) have been met.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. The seal of the cups must not be broken before any return. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

CEYA Design takes no responsibility for delayed shipments and therefore cannot offer a refund due to deferred delivery. 

HOW TO RETURN?

To start a return, you can contact us at info@ceyadesign.com with your order number and request.
If your return is accepted, you can send the items back. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Notes:

  • When returning the item, the buyer is liable to properly package the item(s) in the cardboard box in order to avoid damage to the item during transport. If damage occurs because the buyer did not protect the item when packing (e.g. returned items wrapped in plain paper or in a bag), the refund or replacement will not be accepted
  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. The seal of the cups must not be broken and cannot be used before any return. You’ll also send the receipt or proof of purchase
  • You must make the return of the items without delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day you have given us a unilateral termination of the contract.

Return costs
You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend you use a courier service which provides insurance for the value of the items you return or at least provides you with proof of shipment so make sure to use a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for any lost packages. We reserve the right to deny credit if the package returned to us is damaged or incomplete or does not meet our return policy requirements in any other way.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 48 hours after receiving the package) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
