Welcome to CEYA Design. By accessing and buying through our websop, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use or buy from our webshop. We ask you kindly to mail us for support or explaination, if you have questions about one of these terms.

1. Introduction

1.1 These terms and conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legal agreement between you and CEYA Design (the "Company").

1.2 By using this website, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.

2. Orders and Payment

2.1 All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by the Company.

2.2 The prices displayed on the website are in 'Euro's' and are inclusive of any applicable taxes but exclusive shipping fees.

2.3 Payment can be made by iDeal, Creditcard, PayPal, Sofort or Shop Pay.

2.4 Order cancellations or adjustments are not possible after the order is placed.

3. Shipping and Delivery

3.1 Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on your location and the products ordered.

3.2 The Company will use its best efforts to ensure that orders are delivered within the estimated delivery times, but the Company shall not be liable for any delays or damages arising from any delay.

3.3 The risk of loss or damage to the products shall pass to you upon delivery.

4. Returns and Refunds

4.1 If you are not satisfied with the products, you may return them to the Company within 14 days of delivery for a refund, subject to the following conditions:

(a) The products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. The seal of the cups must not be broken and cannot be used before any return.

(b) The Company reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the above conditions.

(c) Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

4.2 The Company will refund the purchase price of the products, less any shipping costs and taxes, within 14 days of receiving the returned products.

4.3 Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 48 hours after receiving the package) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and solve the problem.

The Company does not refund any damaged or defective products after 48 hours of receiving the package. 

5. Warranty

5.1 The Company warrants that the products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 14 days from the date of delivery.

5.2 If a product is found to be defective within the warranty period, the Company will, at its option, repair or replace the product or refund the purchase price.

5.3 This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, or normal wear and tear. Please read our page 'Ceramics Care' for guidenance on how to use our cups.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 All intellectual property rights in this website and its contents belong to the Company or its licensors.

6.2 You are not permitted to use any of the Company's intellectual property rights without the Company's prior written consent.

7. Privacy Policy

7.1 The Company collects, uses, and protects your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available on this website.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising from the use of this website or the products purchased through this website.

8.2 The Company's liability for any damages, losses, or expenses shall be limited to the purchase price of the products.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

9.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

9.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Netherlands.
